Refunds are granted only during a cancellation period. Booked stays have up to 3 hours to cancel. We don’t offer refunds afterwards, no exceptions.

There are options for that on a separate type of booking form. However, you don’t all of the booking features for your Stay, with it. Options include:

  • Denomination
  • Gender
  • Race
  • Nationality & More

No worries, there are types of BnB companies on the market that cater only to women, certain types of whatever, and so forth. We perfectly understand the vast number of reasons why filterable customer options are important to some.

Please note that we are Christian network and that our hosts hadn’t experienced any problems from any of our customers, to date. In any event that we d o get a host that does, we have the proper resources and tools and readiness to handle any situation that may arise.

Also, all host, including our founder has mandatory hosting & customer profiles that come with many features, including reviews and a report link. Everyone has a report link in their profiles.

Anyone, the customer or host that keeps getting a number of bad reviews, must be looked into investigated, and handle accordingly. It would be unsafe for either host or customer to continue using our services if either is getting too many bad reviews within a certain time frame. Either accounts can be deleted, and sanctioned to not use our services for a time.

Removing Bad Reviews

Misunderstandings happen, and anyone who wants to remove a bad review (or even a good) from their profile, can have it removed for $100 per review. A link called “Removed A Review” is placed in everyone’s profile. Just fill out the form, make the payment, and it will be promptly removed, usually within 24 hours or sooner.

This is very easy. You can get them from:

  1. Here on the network.
  2. From other ministries and ministry branches that are networked with your ministry.
  3. Recommendations that ministers will give to their church members and whomever they meet, that will need future stays.
  4. Repeat customers who like your Stay.

With just these alone, your bookings will grow so much that you will have a developed a full calendar of bookings. Additionally, you may have to construct more Stays, which always mean more revenue.

  • You’ll make the bulk of your money from non-ministers.
  • Your recommendations will benefit mostly from ministers.
  • Ministers stay for free for up to two days on weekdays only, and if they’re registered in the network. But if all of your weekdays are booked from others, ministers can only book on the weekends, which are not free. Ministers will need to pay for weekend stays, especially when having to preach on Sundays. The thing of ministers staying free falls in line under Pastor Symphony’s “Open World” policy. This policy is not so much for state-side, but abroad in other countries. Ministers and missionaries have untold hardships that go along with working for God and helping others abroad. In an effort to make things a little easier, to lighten the load, Pastor Symphony has created and in-acted an “Open World” policy that allows for free travel, lodging & supplies for all ministers and others (of all denominations, ethnicities and Christian religions) that are under going hardships abroad while working. Because it is hard, when  proclaiming the good news of our Lord and Saviour throughout the world. Thus, the primary reason for Stays. While it is a great and wonderful way to make money here in the states, it is a great and desperate necessity for those outside of the states. Ministers and missionaries accrue great expenses to do what they do. Pastor Symphony wants to eliminate at least a few of them, starting with free stays.

No. The policy is still in it’s infancy and is in continued development on many levels. But none the less, provides free services where one can travel to a destination, lodge, and receive supplies, all for free, forever. We start with ministers first, who need it the most at this time. The policy will be expanded to some others, including certain departments of our government (in show of our support, in this free world that we as Americans live in), missionaries, non-profit groups, and a few others. The primary reason for this policy is again, to just lighten weight, carrying our cross daily, and to provide free assistance where it’s needed within our network, and other areas globally. To create veins of open systems in transportation, supply, and lodging. That’s all. We’ll be providing a complete draft of this policy (The Open World) soon.

Very good question. Yes. Wherever we have Vivi rides, lodging (Stays) and supply transport, the Open World Policy will be for all who signup under the Vivi app for services, as well. We understand there are some who may not necessarily like being under a strong name like “The Ministry Network”, for numerous of reasons, so there’s Vivi. It has all the same transportation, lodging & supply and all the handling there of, as The Ministry Network does. The founder thought it a good idea to tie the policy to Vivi as well to give better clarity to “for all”. While it is never necessary to be a Christian for either or apps, Vivi makes it easier for others to be part of the policy without the ‘Christian’ thing going on.

However, we don’t broadcast the Open World policy in our Vivi ads. We are devising a show of our Open World policy logo in our Vivi products and services in certain states, areas, and countries.

Yes. We have forms and programs that anyone can sign up to partner with us in this venture to create a better, larger, and completely free system to help ministers and others in transportation, lodging, and supply, across the world. Partnership is based on these two questions: “How can you help? How can you contribute?”

Simple terms and agreements accompany the signup, along with other information.

Anyone who is registered on the network. The app.

The host, the customer, and the Ministry Network is automatically notified once a booking or cancellation has been placed.
